I have been practising
and teaching Yoga for over 25 year. I discovered Yoga as a healing tool
after breaking my pelvis and back in several places when I was 16.
I am a certified Kripalu instructor and have studied extensively under
Swami Nityamuktananda in Kerala, India. Nityamuktananda is of the
Sivananda lineage. Yoga has been a great gift in my life and I am
passionate about sharing it with others.

Hello - In battling
cancer, I found that I had to make some life changes. I discovered Yoga
& aerobics recently. I enjoyed the aerobics however I found it routine.
Yoga felt good with my body. With Indira Devi's help, I am training to
be a certified Kripalu Yoga Dance teacher.
I am excited to bring
this blend of Yoga and aerobic dance together for a cardio vascular and
fun workout. I hope you will join me in a dance of life.

Meditation
I have facilitated
meditation for 10 years, classes are taught of different levels from
beginners, relaxation, and spiritual.
Most of my studies have come from the Q'ero a group of medicine men and
shaman that are direct descendents of the Inka in Peru. The Inka medicine
wheel, Light body healing, are a couple of journeys I have done with
them.

Morning & All Levels Yoga
Dianne began her Hatha
Yoga training at the University of Windsor with Dr. Maheesh Mehta, where
she was awarded her M.A. in 1983. Since then she has been learning from
new masters and teaching Yoga while employed as a teacher of English
and Drama in Grey County.
She creates a safe environment that
supports the student to a deeper understanding of their life journey.
She looks forward to connecting again with previous students and
welcoming new ones to her morning and evening classes.
