Class levels are suggestions, however as Yoga is non-competitive and practiced by doing what is comfortable for oneself, anyone is welcome in any class and encouraged to use the class time according to one's individual needs. Levels in Yoga are not a measure of ability.
Classes start with centering and warm up, class instruction and practice time ending with relaxation or meditation. Meet our Yoga teachers
Yoga Practice Time - Led by Yogini, Angela Wise. Structured practice time $5.00 for a drop-in. (Included in unlimited yoga pass)
Yoga Classes
Beginners - Basic principles of Yoga, core postures, breath and relaxation/meditation as good foundation for Yoga practice.
Intermediate - Basic principles reviewed, more alternatives added to posture repertoire. Continued pranayama (breathing techniques).
Advanced - Basic instruction is not as repetitive and more emphasis on going within (meditation in motion).
Massage - with Brenda Sharpe - $60/hr. Call 519-881-4586 for an appointment.
Tai Chi - with Jaclyn Klein. Practice Tai Chi and work on balanced rhythmic moving in a relaxed fun way.

Body Talk - with Jaclyn Klein. the BodyTalk system allows your body's own healing abilities to accomplish change for the better.
